These women explain the complicated issues around changing gender, including their own motivations to transition. Some issues were completely unexpected.

The guests spoke about how they take a seemingly insurmountable task - riding bicycles 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles - and break it into easy and accomplishable pieces. What an incredible fundraiser.
